Millennials and GenX’ers- Connections with Career and Alums: A Conversation with Dr. Jaime Grillo and Kate Sawicki

Join us on Zoom, Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 7pm PST for a conversation with the Executive Director of the Career Development Center, Dr. Jaime Grillo and Associate Director of Digital Engagement, Kate Sawicki. The goal of this session is for the Southern California, San Diego, and Peninsula (Bay Area) alumnae groups to join in conversation and connect to the Career Development Center. This multi-generational workshop will cover a wide range of topics; including decision-making around career transitions; the impact of AI on career; attending graduate school and/or certification programs; and building a narrative around your experience and passions. During this session, we will also discuss leveraging your network through a variety of resources. We will provide a demonstration of a site built specifically for MHC alum and students, The Gates. The Gates is an MHC exclusive platform that provides access to networking, career exploration, and job connections as well as facilitates both alum to alum connections, and student to alum connections.
